Terms and Conditions – 11+ English and Beyond Three-Day Course By booking your child/learner a place on the 11+ English and Beyond Three-Day Course with Steph’s Tutoring, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions provide an outline of the other policies available on our website. It is your responsibility to read and familiarise yourself with all policies relating to Steph’s Tutoring and this course before making a booking. 1. Booking and Payment • A place on the course is only confirmed once full payment has been received. • Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. • The course fee of (£99) must be paid at least 48 hours before the course start date. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy • All bookings are final. • No refunds will be given if you choose to cancel your booking or if your child is unable to attend for any reason, including illness, holidays, or other personal circumstances. • No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for missed sessions or early departure from the course. 3. Course Cancellation • Steph’s Tutoring reserves the right to cancel the course if there are insufficient participant bookings. • If the course is cancelled by Steph’s Tutoring due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances, participants will receive a full refund of all course fees paid or, where appropriate, be offered the opportunity to transfer to a future course. 4. Changes to the Course • Steph’s Tutoring reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the course timetable, venue, content, or tutors where necessary. • Any significant changes will be communicated as soon as reasonably possible. 5. Student Conduct • Students are expected to behave respectfully towards tutors and fellow participants. • Steph’s Tutoring reserves the right to remove a student from the course if their behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or prevents others from learning. In such circumstances, no refund will be provided. 6. Liability • Steph’s Tutoring accepts no responsibility for loss of personal belongings brought to the course. • Parents or guardians remain responsible for informing Steph’s Tutoring of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or additional learning needs before the course begins. 7. Photography and Resources • Course materials provided remain the intellectual property of Steph’s Tutoring and must not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission. • Any photographs taken during the course will
